This new lineup was made up of eight regular sized Skylanders and eight Giants who were about twice the size of the other characters. "Skylanders: Giants" has 16 playable levels and an extra four levels if you want to purchase them. They are best purchased online ( is the best and cheapest). Some may find the extra add-on characters too expensive, but well worth the cost. My son received the game as a Christmas present and it is the only game that he loves to play, and he is three. It is a children's game but most adults will have a fun time playing it as well. There are so many characters and variations. This is the most technologically advanced game on any console, but is best played on the Playstation 3.
